Job Description

This role will oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve manufacturing objects as appropriate. Superior communication is critical to ensure success between interdepartmental teams including Sales and Manufacturing. Attention to detail, diplomacy and ability to generate manufacturing schedules to ensure efficiency is required. Customer Service Manager is responsible for training and development of CSR team.

  • Provide all necessary information pertaining to schedules and information
  • Conduct trainings and development of team members to further growth of department
  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment in order to meet common goals
  • Uphold safety standards and ability of team to perform tasks in consistent and safe manner
  • Provide timely and appropriate corrective action when needed 
  • Review and analyze daily logs and make relevant business decisions based on findings
  • Develop prices using past history, pricing templates, evaluating different board combinations, efficiency of machine routing, and shipping options
  • Strong knowledge of packaging Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with organizational management systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Ability  to maintain composure under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Six years of industry experience, four in a supervisory role
  • Or a combination of work and education
