Job Description
Maintenance Technician role will perform programming, troubleshooting and repairs on plant equipment including preventative programming.
Responsibilities
- Will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery
- Perform inspections and document results for systems and areas
- Experience with PLC control logix including Siemens, Allan Bradley, and Roxroth and others
- Troubleshoot systems and equipment
- Maintain a work order log
- Minimize downtime of critical equipment
- Order required parts as needed
- Maintain safety standards
Skills
- Must use power tools
- Use measure equipment
- Read and understand electrical prints and mechanical drawings
- Work within a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand electrical prints
Qualifications
- Must have printing and/or packaging experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience as Electrician preferred
- Must be able to read and understand electrical prints
