The Flexographic Printing Press Operator is responsible for operating narrow web and/or wide web flexographic printing presses to produce packaging products according to customer specifications. This includes performing make-ready, maintaining press efficiency, managing press performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

The operator will achieve and maintain color consistency as per customer specifications, maintain equipment, train and develop press crews, report results and maintain supplies inventories. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working Heidelberg XL, MAN Roland, KBA, Komori and/or similar offset presses.
