The Finishing Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and performing minor repairs on a variety of straight line gluing equipment such as Bobst Alpina, International 6FX and others to ensure customer quality and satisfaction.

The Flexo Press Operator is responsible for operating the wide web flexographic printing presses to produce packaging products according to customer specifications. This includes performing make-ready, maintaining press efficiency, managing press performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Virginia

The Offset Pressman is responsible for producing high-quality printed materials according to job specifications by setting up and operating offset printing press and auxiliary equipment. The operator will achieve and maintain color consistency as per customer specifications, maintain equipment, train and develop press crews, report results and maintain supplies inventories. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working Heidelberg XL, MAN Roland, KBA, Komori and/or similar offset presses.

Georgia

The Cutting Pressman is responsible for operating various die cutting presses to meet production and quality standards. They will work closely with the Cutting Manager to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with die cutting equipment such as Bobst, Iijima, Sugano, Iberica and/or Youngshin.

Nebraska

The Offset Supervisor will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the department during the 2nd shift. The Supervisor will work closely with press crews to improve processes and ensure that production goals are met.

Wisconsin

The Cutting Pressman is responsible for operating various die cutting presses to meet production and quality standards. Flexo Pressman is accountable for operating the flexographic printing press to manufacture packaging products that meet customer specifications. Tasks include preparing the press, maintaining press efficiency, monitoring press performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Tennessee

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing programming, troubleshooting and repairs plant equipment including offset, bindery, cutting and finishing presses, as well as performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery. They will report to the Maintenance Manager and work closely with other departments to minimize downtime and improve overall production efficiency.
